The Basel Trombone Quartet has more than 75 years of performing experience in styles ranging from early music through late be-bop including classical as well as Salsa. Our members, besides being sought-after teachers, we all play in a variety of local ensembles, either on a steady basis or as "ringers". No one member commands all styles, but every one of us has his own special areas in which he takes charge. Thus we are all Indians and Chiefs, depending upon what we are playing.

The Basel Trombone Quartet is available for concerts and performances of all kinds ranging from simple weddings/church services through concert programs. And if you need a trombone section for your orchestral program, we may just be the trombonists you're looking for.
